Trwy ddefnyddio adnoddau a neuaddau cymunedol rydych yn cefnogi grwpiau a mentrau cymunedol, ac felly rydych yn eu cynorthwyo i barhau gyda’i gwaith o gyfoethogi cymunedau Ceredigion.

Os ydych yn aelod o grwp neu fenter gymunedol, gall y wefan hon hefyd fod yn ddefnyddiol, trwy farchnata eich neuaddau cymunedol, man cyfarfod, bws cymunedol, offer sain, gyrwyr, disco, dynion diogelwch, neu unrhyw adnodau cymunedol arall yr ydych yn ei eiddo neu berchen.  Yn ogystal gallwch weld dolennau i gysylltiadau defnyddiol a llwytho i lawr templedi neu daflennu gwybodaeth.

Datblygwyd y Cyfeirlyfr hwn gan Cymdeithas Mudiadau Gwirfoddol Ceredigion (CAVO) mewn partneriaeth ag Antur Teifi a’i rhaglen Gweithredu Dros Gymunedau Gwledig, Cynnal Ceredigion.
